The National Academy of Management (NAM) and PMI Ukraine Chapter, the official Ukrainian chapter of the Project Management Institute, have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation aimed at advancing modern management education and implementing international standards in the field of management.

The partnership envisages joint efforts to enhance academic programs, integrate global project management best practices into the educational process, and promote research and practical activities in the field of management.

Cooperation between the two institutions has already begun. Members of PMI Ukraine Chapter have joined an initiative to collect and provide contemporary management literature for students of the National Academy of Management.

Within the framework of the Memorandum, the parties plan to implement a number of joint initiatives, including:

• enhancement of academic programs in management and project management;
• integration of international management standards and methodologies into educational courses;
• joint research activities;
• development of practical case studies and dissemination of best management practices for Ukrainian businesses;
• organization of professional events for students, academic staff, and practitioners.

A separate area of cooperation will focus on preparing academic programs for international professional accreditation by the Project Management Institute, which grants accreditation to leading project management programs worldwide.

"We have already launched practical cooperation between our institutions. In the future, our partnership will encompass the enhancement of academic programs, the implementation of global management best practices in the educational process, joint research projects, and the development of practical case studies for Ukrainian businesses. We also plan to prepare our programs for professional accreditation by the Project Management Institute," noted Maksym Serpukhov, Vice-Rector for Innovative Development and Project Coordinator.

The Memorandum opens new opportunities for integrating Ukrainian management education into the global professional community and will contribute to the preparation of specialists capable of working effectively in accordance with international project management standards.
