The Legal Forum organized by the National Academy of Management was held on November 22, 2024 in Kyiv!

“Legal novelties and topical issues of jurisprudence during martial law” is the theme of this year's Legal Forum.

The current challenges faced by Ukraine due to full-scale aggression require prompt updating and adaptation of legal mechanisms to protect the rights of citizens, ensure law and order, and the stable functioning of state institutions. Martial law poses new challenges to the legal community in terms of regulating legal relations in difficult circumstances, where conventional approaches often fail to provide effective resolution of legal conflicts.

The event brought together judges of the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court, representatives of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, the National Guard of Ukraine, the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, the Institute of State Protection Management of Ukraine, academics and leading legal experts.

The Legal Forum promotes professional dialogue and strengthens the legal system of Ukraine, which is an important component of our struggle for national independence and international recognition.
