On 26 March 2025, the management of the Higher Education Institution “National Academy of Management,” along with PhD students, took part in an international webinar dedicated to the Eureka programme. The event focused on the prospects for participation of Ukrainian educational and research institutions in the European programme.
Opening remarks were delivered by Brit Helle, Chief Executive Officer of the Eureka Network, and Olena Makarenko, a representative of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
During the event, the Eureka Network was presented, including its mission, objectives, and global impact. Issues related to financial support within the programme were also addressed. In addition, the speakers highlighted the portfolio of Eureka projects, including Network Projects, Globalstars, Innowwide, and Investment Readiness, and emphasized the specific features of participation in Eurostars/Fast Track and Eureka Clusters.
On 4 March 2025, Kyiv hosted the X Forum on Restructuring and Bankruptcy, a key event for legal professionals, economists, and the business community engaged in ensuring corporate financial stability.
Natalia Veselovska, PhD in Law, Associate Professor, Dean of the Faculty of Law at the National Academy of Management, also took part in this high-profile event, as discussions on the challenges and prospects of business restructuring under wartime conditions are particularly relevant.
The Forum served as an important platform for analyzing legislative changes, sharing professional experience, and identifying effective solutions to support the national economy. Special attention was given to the issue of repealing the Commercial Code of Ukraine, one of the most significant legal reforms in recent years. Discussions of this initiative addressed its potential implications for businesses, the judiciary, and law-enforcement practice.
In the video presentation of the monograph, Nataliia Petrivna Ferieva, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law, Criminology, Civil and Commercial Law, discusses important issues related to criminal liability for threatening or violence against a superior under Article 405 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The monograph presents the results of five years of research, which is the first generalization of criminal law and criminological aspects of this topic in Ukraine. The author analyzes the problems of military discipline, in particular, how these crimes affect the structure and functioning of military teams.

On November 29, 2024, the National Academy of Management, together with Lutsk National Technical University and other domestic and foreign universities and institutions, co-organized the XI International Scientific and Practical Conference of Applicants and Young Scientists “ACTUAL ISSUES OF MARKETING MANAGEMENT. CHALLENGES OF TODAY
Students and postgraduate students of the National Academy of Management presented reports on topical issues, shared the results of their research and took part in discussions with colleagues from other higher education institutions.
On November 28, 2024, the prestigious JustConf2024 conference was held, bringing together leading experts in the legal industry.
Oleg Gayevsky, 3rd year postgraduate student, specialty “Law” of the National Academy of Management, Assistant to the Chairman of the Dniprovsky District Court of Kyiv, presented a report on “War Sentences: Who are they about and what are they about?”
In his report, the speaker revealed the key aspects of modern judicial practice related to the consequences of military actions. His speech provoked a lively discussion among the participants of the event.
