The Legal Forum organized by the National Academy of Management was held on November 22, 2024 in Kyiv!
“Legal novelties and topical issues of jurisprudence during martial law” is the theme of this year's Legal Forum.
The current challenges faced by Ukraine due to full-scale aggression require prompt updating and adaptation of legal mechanisms to protect the rights of citizens, ensure law and order, and the stable functioning of state institutions. Martial law poses new challenges to the legal community in terms of regulating legal relations in difficult circumstances, where conventional approaches often fail to provide effective resolution of legal conflicts.
On October 26, 2024, our students took part in the Lviv Legal Weekend, where they had a unique opportunity to discuss current legal issues with leading experts and like-minded people from different parts of Ukraine.

On October 8-9, 2024, the Academy hosted the II International Scientific and Practical Conference “Security and Law in the Context of Ukraine's European Integration Aspirations”.
This event brought together leading scholars, experts, lawyers, government officials and students to discuss topical issues of legal security, adaptation of national legislation to EU standards and new challenges facing Ukraine in the context of European integration
Almost 20 hours of the stream have already passed and more than 10 speakers have spoken
Among them was our rector, Sergii Erokhin, who gave a meaningful lecture on Our Civilizational Values.
